產地及種植方式
「日ノ茜」是使用鹿兒島縣德之島所產的SUNROUGE茶葉所製作出來的綠茶。在南方島嶼強烈陽光的照射下，茶葉會長出紅色的新芽，就好像一根根的口紅一樣，所以將其取名為SUNROUGE。這是日本花了12年首度培育出的紅色綠茶，用了和色中代表紅色的茜色來表現，決定將這個產品命名為「日ノ茜」。

採取無農藥種植的健康茶SUNROUGE，除了含有一般綠茶裡面有的兒茶素、多酚類像是黃酮醇之外，還含有茶葉中少見的花青素，不但可以透過阻礙糖分解酶活性來抑制餐後血糖升高，還可以降低低密度蛋白膽固醇、以及改善眼睛疲勞，因此還取得了機能性表示食品的標示，是一款越喝越健康的茶。

Origin and Cultivation

"Hinoka Akane" green tea is made from SUNROUGE tea leaves produced in Tokunoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. Under the strong sunlight of the southern islands, the tea leaves produce red new buds, resembling lipstick, which is why it is named SUNROUGE. This is Japan's first red green tea, developed over 12 years, and it is named "Hinoka Akane," using the color "Akane" to represent red in traditional Japanese colors.

This healthy tea, SUNROUGE, is grown without pesticides and contains catechins and polyphenols, such as flavonoids, along with the rare anthocyanins found in tea leaves.
