Usage Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare a large bowl filled with fresh water and add the salted sea lettuce.
2️⃣ Rinse thoroughly and strain the sea lettuce to remove the salt. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times.
3️⃣ After removing the salt, use it in soups, salads, or tempura, or season with soy sauce and vinegar to enjoy with rice. 🍚

Preservation:

No preservatives are added during production. Okinawa sea lettuce is completely natural and can be eaten after rinsing off the salt. If thoroughly washed, consume within about a week for optimal freshness. Store any unused lettuce in the refrigerator, and it's best to wash only what you need for each meal.
