  1. 將米洗乾淨,將米放入碗中。
  2. 將米鋪平,加入少量的水(蓋過米),再加入適量的油,攪拌均勻,放入冰箱雪一晚。
  3. 將乾瑤柱和菜乾洗乾淨,用清水浸半個小時。
  4. 將瑤柱絲碎,將菜乾切碎。
  5. 將米放在室溫解凍大約1小時,之後將水煲滾,加入瑤柱和米,再加入菜乾。 煮1小時。

Cooking Steps

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly and place it in a bowl.
  2. Spread the rice evenly, add a small amount of water (just covering the rice), then add an appropriate amount of oil and mix well. Place in the refrigerator to rest overnight.
  3. Rinse the dried scallops and dried vegetables, then soak in clean water for half an hour.
  4. Shred the scallops and chop the dried vegetables.
  5. Let the rice thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour, then bring water to a boil, adding the scallops and rice, followed by the dried vegetables. Cook for 1 hour.
